Your family's data, handled with care

AI First Club (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an education program teaching young people aged 10–17 to think, create, and build with AI. We are currently in a pre-launch phase, collecting expressions of interest from families through our waitlist and free open lessons.

We only ask for what we need to contact you and prepare a good first experience for your child:

• Parent or guardian name and email address.
• Child's first name and age.
• Optional messaging contact (Telegram or WhatsApp) if you choose to share it instead of email only.
• Your reasons for joining, an optional project idea, and — for open lessons — the main question you'd like us to cover.
• City and timezone, so we can schedule sessions sensibly.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we never require more than the fields marked as required.

Our program is for children, so protecting their data is central to how we work. Sign-ups are made by a parent or guardian, and we ask for explicit, opt-in consent before collecting any details — the consent box is never pre-ticked.

By submitting the form, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to share their child's information. We aim to meet the standards of children's privacy frameworks including the EU/UK GDPR (including Article 8 on children's consent), the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. A parent or guardian can withdraw consent or ask us to delete their child's data at any time.

• To contact you about early access, open lessons, and program updates.
• To personalise your child's first lesson using the interests or project idea you share.
• To organise groups, schedules, and session reminders.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use children's personal data to train AI models.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing. You may withdraw that consent at any time, which will not affect processing that already took place. Where other laws apply, we rely on the equivalent consent-based grounds.

Your data is stored securely with our hosting and infrastructure providers. As we finalise operations, we will confirm storage locations and, where required by law — including data-localisation rules under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ — arrange for data of residents to be recorded on servers within the relevant jurisdiction. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.

We keep waitlist and open-lesson details only as long as needed to follow up with you about the program, or until you ask us to delete them. When information is no longer needed, we remove it.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the program (for example, hosting and communication tools), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may disclose data if legally required to do so.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you or your child.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Object to or restrict how we use your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

As we move from pre-launch to enrollment, this policy will be reviewed and updated. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
